PRODUCTION/SHIPPING

What is your order processing time?

We usually process our orders within 1-5 business days upon receipt of payment, depending on product availability. Email us for more accurate info.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping could take anywhere from 2-14 business days depending on when you order the product, and where you are shipping it to.

How will I know when my order ships?

When your order is fulfilled you'll receive an automated email notification that includes tracking/or a placeholder for the tracking which is updated within 1 business day.

Can I make a change to my order before it ships?

You most certainly can, please make sure you contact us ASAP after you made the order to catch us before we ship it out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. After placing your order a team member will follow up with you to confirm shipping costs. The shipping cost is non-inclusive of the carrier outlining the charges such as import duties/taxes, which we simply pass to you - in short, we don't inflate our shipping costs...you pay what we would pay!

What happens if my package isn't delivered?

We work directly with our carriers and focus on getting you the products you paid for. If the package simply was never delivered we will give you the option of applying for a refund/store credit, or a replacement product will be sent to you.

BATTERY CARE TIPS

How do I care for my batteries?

  • When storing batteries for long-term (a couple months) keep batteries charged at roughly 20% and check them every month to gauge charge levels.
  • Do not leave the battery on a charger for extended periods of time. Once the battery is charged (6-8 hours) it should be removed from the charger.
  • Do not expose our batteries to extreme heat or extreme cold. They should be kept at room temperature (65-80 degrees F).
  • For your safety do not drop or damage batteries, do not open the battery casing, do not try to modify batteries. We cannot guarantee batteries that have been damaged by misuse.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for any faulty product no questions asked. If you need the product, we will also replace any faulty product no questions asked.

Does my order come with a warranty?

D&O Lighting warrants its products against defects from manufactured materials for a period of one (1) year. During this period, D&O Lighting will repair or replace a defective unit without charge to the customer for manufacturing-related defects. The warranty does not cover replacement or repair of units that are defective as a result of the customer's mishandling or mistreatment leading to product's damage. Warranty becomes void after one (1) year after purchase date. Our one (1) year Warranty is not transferable, and not renewable. Customer agrees that warranty comes as part of the purchase and can not be extended for any reason beyond one (1) year from purchase date.
